To build a shared sense of responsibility in our faith communities for all our members, those in need of support and those who can give support.

The goal is to provide the means to improve the Body, Mind and Spirit of all our community members.

When to Call Us

¨ Times of family emergency

¨ Health questions

¨ Times you are feeling alone or isolated

¨ Recovering from illness or hospitalization and need support or visit

¨ Support for individuals with chronic illness and their caregivers

¨ Major life changing experiences (especially if traumatic)

¨ Assistance with transportation or groceries

¨ Assistance in understanding any new medication, equipment or diet plan your physician has prescribed

¨ Assistance with bills, medical forms or letter writing
